In God’s Church, the most important quality for anyone is having good character and being close to God. We need of course people “of good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom” (Acts 6:3).

But on top of that foundation, there is much you can do by your talents and skills and spirit of service. And there is great satisfaction in serving. Jesus Christ said, “There is more happiness in giving than in receiving” (Acts 20:35).
